Tom is an experienced builder with advanced construction knowledge. He is extremely well versed in International, State, and Local Codes. Tom also has a vast knowledge of CAD design and is typically the person who starts the design process with preliminary drawings that get passed to the design specialists and further developed.
In addition to Tom’s construction knowledge, he also is a highly skilled estimator with advanced knowledge in insurance loss related claims. His advanced knowledge of Xactimate, which is the primary software used by insurance companies, allows him to quickly estimate the loss and all associated costs to bring our clients back to pre-loss conditions. This knowledge is extremely valuable to our clients. They can rest assured that we will handle their claim with the expertise it deserves.
