MOLD DAMAGE & REMOVAL

Mold is a part of our natural environment. Mold plays a specific role outdoors in the ecosystem, but indoors mold can be dangerous. Mold infestations require immediate action due to possible health risks.

Excess water and moisture can come from a multitude of sources. Ameri Pro can help detect and is certified to take care and eliminate mold. Ameri Pro cares first for your safety by informing you to the potential hazards of mold, but by also continuing to communicate with you every step of the way. We will demonstrate how we care.

OUR MOLD REMEDIATION SERVICES

These are the primary services we provide for the properties with mold damage.

  • Test with a third party lab to eliminate any potential conflict of interest.
  • Use certified technicians to handle the mold removal process to ensure mold is properly remediated.
  • At the end of the project we do final testing to ensure the mold has been remediated to safe and normal levels.

THE MOLD REMEDIATION PROCESS

The general process for mold remediation.

Ameri Pro will remediate your mold problem with an absolute knowledge and education on how to fix it. We will sample the affected area; however we do not test the sample. Instead we send the sample to an outside lab for full sample results. This is to ensure that the results you receive are from an objective third party. Based on those results Ameri Pro will then help you come up with the best plan for proper remediation in your home or business.

Understand Mold: KNOW THE FACTS

  • Mold is present almost everywhere outdoors and many places indoors.
  • Mold spores are microscopic, and float along the air. Many enter your home through windows, doors, or AC systems. You may even carry them inside on your clothes or body.
  • Mold spores thrive in moisture. Mold spores can quickly grow into colonies when exposed to water. These colonies can produce allergens and irritants that can cause all sorts of health issues.
  • Before mold remediation can begin, the sources of water and/or moisture must be eliminated, otherwise, the mold could return.
  • Mold often produces a strong odor that is often described as musty, and that odor can lead you to possible mold problem areas.
  • Even higher-than-normal indoor humidity can support mold growth. Keeping your indoor humidity below 45 percent can help.
