Ron Brown

Owner, President

Ron strives every day to better his company and the community. Through research, technology innovations, and education Ron has create the premier home and business restoration company in the Mid-Michigan area. Ron will go the extra mile to take care of people who have experienced damage to their home or business. Ameri Pro Restoration promises to restore homes and businesses after a fire, water, and wind or mold damage like it never happened. He will do what he can to speed up the reconstruction or repair process to minimize loss of use. Ron also wants to make sure issues don’t ever arise again and can offer basement and crawlspace waterproofing solutions. Ron wants to make your nightmare bearable.

Carla Conklin-Morris

Lead Corporate Accountant & Human Resources Manager

Carla Conklin-Morris joined Ameri-Pro Restorations as our lead accountant. Carla is also involved in the day to day business operations and corporate decisions. As a result, she now is the head of Human Resources.  Carla oversees all financial aspects of the company including but not limited to employee payroll, management of all building accounts and management of all banking and credit operations. Carla also takes part in the final decision process for company new hires. So in short, if you are a vendor, a potential employee or customer doing business with Ameri-pro Restorations, you will eventually work with Carla.

Bill Ashbawgh

Construction Manager

Bill Ashbawgh is our primary builder and construction manager.  Bill has his own builder’s license and has over 20 years of experience in the construction trades. Bill also holds multiple manufacture certifications.

Lindsey Reha

Marketing Agent

Lindsey is a graduate of Northwood University and has a BBA in Marketing & Management. She has a focus on external growth for the company and meets with referral resources to develop business. Lindsey has a great attitude and is knowledgeable about Ameri Pro and the resources they provide. She would like to meet, and show all referral resources how Ameri Pro can make their clients, friends, and or family’s “nightmares bearable.”

Grand Rapids Office Manager

Cindy is the manager of the Grand Rapids office. She manages the day to day operations of that branch and interacts with customers and project managers.  Cindy also assists various workers in order to conduct and complete business in the Grand Rapids and surrounding region.

Amanda Brown

Interior Architectural Designer & Contents Manager

Amanda  is our Chief Interior Designer and will work with you regarding the layout and interior design of your project. She will help you choose paint colors, cabinets, and detail finishes that you didn’t know existed. She also works with our in house CAD department to create a realistic 3D models to allow the client to see the project before it begins.  This makes the project run smoothly and eliminates surprises. She will make sure you have a great experience during the process and create a wonderful stress-free experience.
