We had a pipe leak from our upstairs bathroom into our kitchen ceiling - nightmare! AmeriPro was able to come out quickly, and get everything dried out and I knew we didn’t need to worry about corners being cut or that there would ever be issues with mold because of the leak. They replaced everything that wasn’t salvageable and made sure that the things being dried were dried properly. Ron even cut us an access door to be able to access the shower faucet pipes from within our bathroom closet in the event that our faucet ever springs a leak again, we can quickly access the shut-off.

We called American-Pro after a tornado came through and left a massive limb on our house, although the limb was still attached to the tree, it was a twist break. The crew came out and took care of the mess. They needed a crane and a cherry picker to lift and stabilize the limb in order to detach it all the way from tree. They also removed the limbs above the broken one which were also split to save us from future damage and to protect their workers. They were very professional, careful not to damage anything, not even our newly sodded lawn. Their clean up was exceptional, they cleaned up all the limbs and branches to the point when they were finished you could not tell that half of a large tree was trimmed. We had difficulty with our insurance company, even though it was an emergency repair, the insurance company balked about covering the removal. Amer-Pro stepped right up and took the insurance problems into their own hands, released us from the difference of what the insurance company paid and what the actual cost was. Ameri-Pro is not afraid to go after insurance companies that want to deny, deny, deny.

After the major thunderstorms we've been having, my sump pump died on me and flooded my basement. Ameri Pro helped by sending someone out the same night to remove all of the water and put in a replacement pump. After that I was told they would come back out the next day to set up some blowers and check for damage. Mikahla got a hold of me and worked with me and my busy schedule to make sure everything was running right. She went above and beyond by telling me to get a hold of her anytime if something happens to the pump. 100% would recommend them.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I called Ameri-pro with almost 2 inches of water in my basement due to sum-pump failure. Mr.Ross was at my house in 15 minutes!! Within 2 hours all the water was drained. Mr.Ross was amazing at handling the insurance company and all the paperwork! After my electricity came back on due to the storm Mikahla came in and set fans and all the equipment up to start drying. Mikahla was FANTASTIC!!! Great communication always there when she said she would be, if there was an issue she was on top of it! They made this stressful time a breeze for myself and my family. We had a pipe burst in the basement of my parents house. The water crew responded immediately. Emptied the contents, almost everything was destroyed. Salvaged what they could, pulled up the carpet set equipment and got it all dried within a few days. I'm grateful for the work they did, and their prompt response. Highly recommend!

I called Ameripro when my bathroom flooded. They were here an hour after I called! Water mitigation was begun. This was a Friday. They put a dehumidifier in place and checked on things every couple days to make sure things were going well. Dehumidifer (powerful one) remained for 4-5 days.
I was really impressed by how quickly they got here. The repairs are about to be done.
